How are UK orders sent?
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Second Class. Tracking details will be provided.
What is included in the kits?
Our 20×20 cm kits include a pre-stretched numbered canvas, acrylic paints, brushes and a wooden tabletop easel. Our 40×50 cm kits are supplied rolled with brushes and double paint quantity.
Are the kits suitable for beginners?
Yes. The numbered canvas provides the structure, so no drawing experience is required. If you are completely new, start with our beginner guide.
What if paint has thickened?
Add a few drops of warm water and stir gently. Add water gradually rather than all at once.
Can I return an unused kit?
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by the customer. See the returns policy for the full terms.
